A letter to Donald and Khizr

not to civil decent people it doesnt

BS, he went on a public stage during an election campaign to make a political statement directed at one of the candidates, that make him fair game, the fact that his son died an American hero is irrelevant and him hiding behind his son's honor is what is despicable.

Ah

Seems to me that one side is quite familiar with the Constitution...and the other side - which doesn't seem to know what "Equal protection under the law" means - is not.
Equal protection doesn't apply to people not in this country .
Seems like you and other liberals don't know what the plenary power doctine is. and don't know the law.

Whenever the president finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

Mr Khan doesn't have a leg to stand on.Sorry.

Oh, I forgot - Mr. Khan wasn't in this country, huh? I guess his son who died a hero on the battlefield wearing the uniform of an Army captain was an illegal immigrant, too, and so neither he nor his parents are deserving of equal protection under the law.

:doh

Irrelevant.
When Kan pulled out the constitution, presumably he was talking about Trump's immigration policy, which has nothing to do with who is in this country.

Freedom of speech is an American value. Khan wants to play politics then Trump has every American right to rebut him.
