Rio Olympics ... are they serious?

When a newspaper congratulates Hitler in anyway... as your "debunking article says", then that newspaper is pro Hitler.

Must be tough to shop for you so that you don't also indirectly support Hitler:

Kodak
Hugo Boss
Volkswagen
Porsche
Bayer
Siemens
Ford
Standard Oil
Chase bank
IBM
Random House

Dont have any of their products as far as I know. Might be some IBM stuff in the computers I have but doubt it.

Volkswagen

Got one.. inheritance, and it wont start atm .. think it is the starter.

EDIT:

Plus the point is, that the Daily Mail has continued to back anti-Government, anti-establishmen right wing fascist ideas for decades and just loves to fiddle with facts and outright print lies.

Hmmm, so you could have just made your point without bringing up Hitler. That would have been a cool idea you never seem to be able to resist. Keep taking those stairs and avoiding those trains to avoid Siemens products.

Well most elevators here are either from Thyssenkrupp(yea that Nazi company), Kone (Finland) or Otis (American company). As for escalators.. not that many around and got no clue who makes them but I suspect it is the same as the elevators.

As for trains. Spanish made. Now in Denmark maybe... Siemens, on some.. but I know that many are Italian designed and made.

And the Hitler part is relevant because we are discussing the Daily Mail.

I have been to RIO a few times in the Navy. (Unitas Cruises...... as they are called)

It is still the same crap hole that it was 25 years ago.

Once you get 2-3 blocks away from the hotel districts, it is barely even 3rd world.
yuup, that's what my Brazilian neighbour says

she and her niece were destined to go back "home" this winter but she said it simply isn't safe to travel around...it's okay once you get home behind the locked gates and the dogs are unkenneled and roaming the perimeters

all jewelry has to be costume, no real gold or diamonds should be worn out

out the front door into a cab and directly to the place you are going and return home the same way

she said people including kids are openly bought and sold and zika has always been present

she says it is a an unsafe crap hole and gets worse by the year...she was hoping it would have changed due to the Olympics.. her relatives said no...stay home

Well,as a brazillian citizen, I can say that at least we weren't attacked by terrorists
But you all are right, the country was not (and still not being) ready to the olympics
New Brazillian Republic is the worst government we ever had
