Please explain how the evidence she violated section 793(f) was insufficient. Mr. Comey didn't think so, because the acts he acknowledged in his comments that she engaged in check all the boxes for a violation of that statute.

I take that to mean you were challenged to back up your claim that the reason for not prosecuting Mrs. Clinton was that the evidence against her was not sufficient, and you can't. Anyone can read Mr. Comey's statements about her actions, compare those actions to what a violation of section 793(f) requires, and see very clearly that the FBI had more than enough evidence to prosecute her.

Actually he's right, The patriot Act, Gun Control, ACA all the federal agencies based on powers not enumerated in the constitution. All criminal. The lawful way would be to pass amendments.

I don't think I took anything wrong. You made a claim you can't back up. Even Comey never suggested that the reason the FBI was recommending against prosecuting her was that it didn't have enough evidence she had committed a crime.

Well, no. Unless you're suggesting that civilians working for the government should be subject to military regulations, which makes very little sense and would involve a rewrite of our entire legal system.

working for the govt in top secrete situations is no difference and making it a difference to punish the military members worse than the govt members will cause a RIOT

govt officials are NOT civilians unattached...... govt officials are the same as govt soldiers... both


civilians do not work for govt.....that is the important difference......civilians not working for the govt no issue because of no problems with weakening of the nation and govt...... soldiers working for and civilians working FOR IS THE SAME and the military will revolt with they get more stricter laws
