With difficulty, you can control population without birth control pills or IUDs.

All it takes is educated, caring, responsible citizens.

Who do you think is responsible for most technical advancement in society? Who do you think is the most productive? As the population gets older the amount of dependents and non working members of society grows. As this happens the drag on society increases, while the producing side of the economy shrinks. It is expected the amount of innovation, jobs, economic activity and industry will decrease as the population ages and decreases.

I am old, over 50.

I have a background of a 28 year career in electronics, energy and science R&D.

It took me the first 12 years to learn HOW to Invent new technologies.

I am a Native-Born American White Male.

I invent new concepts, technologies, and innovations every damn day!

If I can live an extra 20 years, I'll do allot more of it.

But then, if some Illegal Immigrant shoots me for the $20 in my wallet....

Right now it's the democrats because they have the Presidency, but 90% of GOP politicians are No better.
Tho amazingly, and happily for me, the GOP's two most popular candidates were about the only 2 of 17 that were not Amnesty Annies.
