Businesses, exist to enrich those who have a vested financial stake in the enterprise. Thus, that's why you see CEO's with 50 million dollar payouts while the workers are getting laid off, fired and what not. It's all because the INVESTORS want to get paid more. We need to remove the investors from the equation.

How to do this:

Option One
Ban all private investment.
Tax the Rich at say 60% across the board, and use the new funds to create a USA Re-Investment Fund. Every business, regardless of size will be able to request and receive and investment from this, no strings or demands attached. It will be based on company sizes and annual profits. We can tie in employee salaries as well, you pay your employees more the Government gives you more.

This will have many good benefits. Starting with breaking the slavers chain of Investors demanding more money off the backs of the working poor. It will resolve the business stock bubbles as there won't be anymore stocks to bubble. Economic stability. Finally wages will go up and the workers will be the first focus of business, not rich investors living off the wealth and work of others.

Option Two
Much like the above, ban PRIVATE investment, and have the government dole out the investments based on the above criteria. One change though, instead of taxing people... make it a "USA INVESTMENT SYSTEM". Everyone can invest in this, investing in America. That one giant fund would invest in companies equally, and pay dividends equally.

We all know the "rich" hate paying their fair share, and instead of fighting that, why not encourage their greed into a positive force. They still get their profits, but it's reasonable and controlled profits while the workers will still remain the true captial of every business.

Option Thee
Why do we need private business? That just wastes resources on competition which really let's face it the workers are the first to suffer in the war of goods and services.
Having the government direct the energies of the economy will better maximize resources, ensure no one is left behind and make the people the business. Like Bernie said, there are too many choices in deodorant, think about how much better those resources could be used! (paraphrasing of course)

The advantage here is every voter is in effect, the investor, the owner and the employee! This will ensure that no more will the bottom 50% of society be at the whims of the top .00001%!
