It is too bad you derail the compassion by bringing Trump into it through. I can't find any correlation that Trump supports Wells or that he has said he thinks children should defend themselves in court. Please link.

If you had made this more about the child in question than about Trump it probably would have gone a lot better.

He forgets, conveniently that this is happening under the Obama administration but it is somehow Trump's fault.
