Delegate Count as of 3/6/2016

Sure opinions differ. There is the opinion of the overwhelming majority of the American public and that of the radical right-wing fringe.

Once again, you do not have a ratioinal political compass regarding what is or is not radical fringe. Anything one degree to the right of moderate in your mind is right-wing fringe. And you do not speak for the so-called overwhelming majority.

You probably remember (but choose to ignore) the fact that the American public saw the antics of Mr. Green Eggs and Ham for exactly what they were - Political grandstanding.

You do not get to speak for the American public. It was a filibuster. And virtually all mainstream conservatives supported it. I would imagine that anyone who despises obamacare supported it.

He personally drove the GOP congressional approval ratings to single digits, the lowest in the history of this country.

Break out the tin foil hats. He did no such thing.

I would LOVE for him to be your nominee.

I don't believe you. I think you are scared out of your mind over Cruz becoming the nominee

BTW - I understand what a filibuster is. However, usually a filibuster is something that has the backing of a group of politicians. This was a one man political grandstand that was not supported by anyone other than Mr. Green Eggs and Ham himself.

Simply not true. I can name at least two senators who supported it, and their were likely many more.

He had no problem wasting millions of tax payer dollars to engage in his charades that were meant to give himself some limelight for his planned presidential run. Don't pretend that you don't know that.

What I do know is that you display a visceral hatred of Cruz that absolutely destroys your objectivity. And if you are concerned about wasting millions of dollars, you should be in support of defunding or repealing obamacare. It has turned into an unfunded mandate that in the long run is going to cost trillions.

And I might add to the Dude's remarks by mentioning that several people I know who support either Hillary Clinton or Bernie Sanders...

...say without reservation that they would vote for Donald Trump in a heartbeat over Ted Cruz.

Under no circumstances do I want Donald Trump to be president...but if it ever were a contest between The Donald and Ted Cruz...I would instantly pull the lever over Trump's name...and actually feel a sense of pride in doing it.

That's because deep down, Trump is a liberal. Cruz is not.

Nope. I would LOVE Mr. Green Eggs and Ham to be the Republican nominee. He is by far one of the weakest candidates that the GOP could possibly put up (Unfortunately, Trump is going to be the nominee).

Hell....even Bush or Christie would have been a better candidate in the GE. Rubio as well....probably Walker and Kasich too. Green Eggs and Ham is a far-right extremist, completely out of touch with the majority of the American people. He would be lucky to pick up as many electoral votes as Bob Dole.

As if a left winger with a visceral hatred of Cruz has anywhere close to enough objectivity to judge who is or is not a weak candidate on the GOP side.

No, actually, it's not. I was wrong about the staff. It turns out it was a bunch of supporters.

I know about the raise the right hand part. It's the "Nazi salute" BS they've been peddling that is the **** they're making up.

I thought Missouri and Illinois were Winner Take All. Why didn't Trump win all the delegates?
