The Labor Force Participation Rate increased, the Employment to Population Ratio increased.

While the number who usually work part time went up way more than full time, the number who worked part time for economic reasons (willing and able to work full time but worked part time due to cut hours or could not find full time job) did not change.

Discouraged went down. The U-6 went down.

Average hours and average hourly and weekly earnings went down.

i dont trust the people in govt anymore. (this admin in particular but also run of the mill bureaucrats)
So the answer is that you don't know or understand anything about how the numbers are derived.

It is, for all practical purposes, impossible to manipulate the employment/unemployment numbers in any meaningful way.
