Romney is scheduled to give a statement Thursday morning about the 2016 race. Can he enter the race at this point? Doesn't he have to have a bunch of signatures to get on state ballots? Would he announce that he is going to run as an independent? Is he going to endorse someone? Inquiring minds want to know.

Wasn't Romney the guy that couldn't remember how many Cadillacs they had, but thought that probably there was one or so at every house they have?
