Remember the kid who made the clock/"bomb"?

Qatar. Isn't that just great? Leave the country AND sue for millions.

There is speculation on Chicago radio 5hat the dad helped the kid make the bomb on purpose knowing 5here would be an issue and planning a mega lawsuit.

Hopefully the jury will take this into account.

Hopefully there won't be an outside settlement pretrial.

By the way where can I get one of those clock making hobby kits ??

That's a little conspiracy theorish for me, but now after the lawsuit I wouldn't be surprised.

Since CAIR was all over it withing minutes, it seems entirely probably.

The rabble-rousing Islamist father probably already has a "charity" picked out, too.

I believe the whole family moved to Abu Dab....or something like that.

Well, I'm Abu Yaba Doo happy for him.

The kid took a store bought clock apart, put it in a case that made it look like a bomb, was told by the first teacher he showed it to that it needed to be put away and not brought out, he put a battery in it, turned it on and got it out in the next class and got jacked up for doing so - as he should have.

He didn't invent anything. He didn't do anything but realign the parts of an already manufactured clock into what any person with common sense would have said something about it because it looked like a bomb - especially given that the government is always telling us "See Something / Say Something" but then Uncle Barrack and his magical elves had to get involved... again, and whoops-a-daisy guess what, everyone that did what they were supposed to do got ridiculed, except of course for the idiot kid (he got invited to come up to the Big House)... and now he wants $15 Million dollars?

I don't think so.
