Gay Marriage now legal, what rights and freedoms have any of us lost in the US?

Yes it is about the list because the inability to produce a list shows the "one very significant concern" is complete crap that can't be backed up hence why we are laughing at the concern because it's horse manure. :D
The lack of list is exactly what proves us and the OP true while you have nothing. Again when you can list the rights or entertaining the strawman you posted, when you can list a concern and support it with anything real please let us know. Until then the beat down of your posts will continue. So we'll be waiting for the list or rights or valid concerns with proof. Thank you

Yep and its never going to change. Something else would have to happen, somethign new. This issue is already settled.
 
What was damaged by Obergefell is our right to self-government, as Justice Scalia noted in his dissenting opinion:

I write separately to call attention to thisCourt’s threat to American democracy . . . Today’s decree says that my Ruler, and the Ruler of 320 million Americans coast-to-coast, is a majority of the nine lawyers on the Supreme Court. The opinion in these cases is the furthest extension in fact—and the furthest extension one can even imagine—of the Court’s claimed power to create “liberties” that the Constitution and its Amendments neglect to mention. This practice of constitutional revision by an unelected committee of nine, always accompanied (as it is today) by extravagant praise of liberty, robs the People of the most important liberty they asserted in the Declaration of Independence and won in the Revolution of 1776: the freedom to govern themselves.

I could not agree more. But statists, who have contempt for the Constitution and for this country generally, do not care about little details like the right to self-governance. All they care about is carrying out their agenda for a social utopia, and they do not give a damn how they get the result they want.

SSM has passed and NOTHING as changed for me based on legality and rights.
