Never mind the fact that Brown had just punched the cop, and tried to get his gun, discharging it in the process.

This guy is an agitator, plain and simple.

He did, and he assaulted the owner of the shop. In this video note the assault and the cigars in hand.

The cop had heard about the robbery, but it wasn't until after they refused to get out of the street that he saw them, at which point he correctly surmised that they were the robbers.

Yeah. And he is going to be agitated as **** when no true bill is returned later today.

The decision was reached Fri or Sat and the "at least" 48 hours before release is what is in effect at this moment.

There will be rioters and looters there, weather it gets out of control remains to be seen. I hope the lawful residents of Ferguson are well armed today.

Well they should be well armed by now. Barack Obama has been the best gun salesman for the past seven years now starting back in 2008.
