Select Committee

Wish the House would appoint an IRS select committee before a Benghazi select committee. Democrats continue to abuse authority (of IRS, BLM, EPA, etc.) to persecute Republicans and it's therefore, a higher priority than Benghazi.

We need so many select committees right now, there aren't enough members in the house to staff them all.

Hell, why not just go straight to impeachment and get over it? Then somehow get Joe Biden kicked out of office so John Boehner would be president.

House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH) is announcing today that he intends for the House to vote to create a new select committee to investigate the September 11, 2012 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya that killed four Americans. He released the following statement:

“Americans learned this week that the Obama Administration is so intent on obstructing the truth about Benghazi that it is even willing to defy subpoenas issued by the standing committees of the People's House. These revelations compel the House to take every possible action to ensure the American people have the truth about the terrorist attack on our consulate that killed four of our countrymen. In light of these new developments, the House will vote to establish a new select committee to investigate the attack, provide the necessary accountability, and ensure justice is finally served.

“The administration's withholding of documents – emails showing greater White House involvement in misleading the American people – is a flagrant violation of trust and undermines the basic principles of oversight upon which our system of government is built. And it forces us to ask the question, what else about Benghazi is the Obama administration still hiding from the American people?

I hope you guys keep this up ....sort of reminiscent on the 50 or so votes on the AFA.
Very appealing to the narrow right-wing base but met with a lot of ....:roll:....by the average American who understands how much a waste of time these issues are!

Understand that this is the reason why no matter how low Obama's ratings are ...the lazy republican turds in the house and senate will always be lower!

IRS is a non-starter, before May 2011, more progressive groups were targeted by the IRS than conservative groups. After that point, it became all such groups, regardless.

From that point on, the lists instructed agents to flag all political advocacy groups of any stripe. The documents instructed the agents to forward any “organization involved with political, lobbying, or advocacy” applying for 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(4) status be forwarded to “group 7822″ for additional review.

100% progressive groups have their free-speech voucher, while dozens of conservative groups still can't speak freely. That's why I think IRS is a bigger issue.

I predict Benghazi will prove Obama and Hillary left our soldiers to die, alone and begging into the radio microphone for help. It will further prove the White House engaged in a cover-up violating U.S. law. They left American's behind against all we stand for, to further their careers. Cowardice in the face of the enemy.

It's hard to imagine worse charges, but using the enforcement agencies of government against innocent political opponents is worse. In a free country, the opposition can't be shackled and that's exactly what Democrats are doing. They are criminalizing Republicans. They say it every day. If you are a Republican, you are some sort of rich criminal who deserves to be in jail - according to liberals. This attitude is widespread and growing. This makes it acceptable to arrest, harass and otherwise discriminate against Republicans.

If we don't fix this, it is the end of America. It'll soon be a one-party system. That's why the IRS scandal is more important than Benghazi. Because it's systematic and ongoing. An ongoing criminal conspiracy, led from the White House.
