There's a lot of stupid comments out there, people.

Not all liberals say silly things, but this thread focuses solely on silly comments by our liberal friends. For those on the Left, there'll also be a thread for conservatives.

I'll start:

I saw that live on C-SPAN. I literally laughed out loud.

But I also admired Admiral Willard's arduous composure when queried with such a completely crazy & cockamamie question from that clearly inebriated congress critter who claimed he was concerned about a capsizing island.
