What are you talking about? Congress does not and did not ban song lyrics. You may be confusing the FCC regulations and local station standards for a "ban". Some things are "bleeped" or editted out for broadcasting but not banned. Free speach is not going to stop just for you, if you don't like something don't listen to it - drive those rappers and hip-hop guys out of business by denying them your sales. ;-)
