Nope, that's their job to do themselves. Government's operate by the consent of the governed, less you are of the governed you have no rightful say in that government. I'm concerned with the welfare and proliferation of my Republic, in controlling the government which presides over it so that my liberties and freedoms are guaranteed. And I'm certainly not for allowing my own liberties and freedoms to be whittled away in the name of others "freedom and liberty". The government is not sanctioned to bring "democracy" (i.e. destruction and chaos as it seems to be in reality) to the world. The government's job is the protection and proliferation of all my innate and inalienable rights and liberties.

Depends on the situation. I'm not for using my military to waltz into whatever sovereign country and wrecking up the place cause we felt it to be a good idea that week. I won't help anyone with their own liberty and freedom whom are not willing to fight their own government for it themselves. If they start a revolution and ask for our help, I would still be reluctant but a stronger case can be made in that instance. But if they won't even take the initial steps themselves, then that's their consent to their government and that's their business not mine.

That's strongly debatable.

The idea of a Religious Liberal democrat often scares the Right Wing. They can't understand why someone who believes in God wouldn't support death and racism.

But my unwillingness to fight sets an example to others. Each act of violence produces another act of violence. Thus even defending one's self from "wolves" encourages other "lambs" to become "wolves". Activism isn't only walking in the street with a sign, Peace Activism is in action. I set an example and my devotion to the cause of peace slows down the endless cycle of violence.
