This is a grassroots organization dedicated to fighting for human rights all over the world. Recently, they've taken their cause to the Congress of the United States of America. This organization submitted a Bill to congress which if passed would issue a non-binding resolution to Japan demanding a formal apology for thousands of comfort women. As we speak this Bill is on the verge of being approved ! What does all this have to do with you ?

Nothing !


The reason I brought this up is because David Scott and Sheila Jackson(congresswomen; Texas) is leading the fight for this resolution - a black woman !

The Chinese people don't care about you !!!

How stupid can you people be ? You will fight to demand justice for other people but not your own ? Weren't your women raped for centuries, beaten, and impregnated...? But this fat black woman, Shiela Jackson will jump on national T.V. and defend a bunch of Chinese and Koreans who got raped 60 years ago !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sixty years ago your own people were getting raped and abused and beaten and shat upon, but you jump on the international band wagon and fight for others !????

Do you think the Navajo would do the same for an entire race of people who have nothing to do with them ? Where is your recourse ? Where is your apology ?

Please don't consider this post to be an example of my 'piling on' while you are already getting a good thrashing. Although, if I disliked you I would certainly jump on, and probably enjoy it.

But here's the bottom line.

We need to be kinder and gentler on one hand and we also need to be really clear eyed and deal with the things that can only be remedied with application of force in that way.

And we need to recognize which tool is called for.

We are a proud Japanese people and we don't appreciate when other nations meddle in our affairs. Nanking and the issue surrounding comfort women have already been atoned for, in addition to other things.

What we don't need, however, is the United States passing a non-binding resolution over 'comfort women' especially at the behest of an African American politician whose own people have not received proper legal recourse for their sufferings. You cannot demand justice HERE in Japan when your OWN government hasn't even offered a formal state level apology to your OWN ancestors !
