Hillary pledges an amendment to nullify 1st amendment in first 30 days

yeah here's the thing, presidents can't introduce amendments, only congress can

Well, if that isn't the most meaningless random group of words I've read in awhile...
 
It's a start, but again, if Hillary were really serious about getting the corrosive influence of private money out of public office, she'd go beyond this to address Buckley v Valeo and clamp down on lobbyists (and at least look into public campaign financing).

Actually lots of things make it through Congress, but you don't hear about them because they aren't controversial. The news media and hyperbole from Congress critters makes it seem like there is constant deadlock on everything, when it couldn't be further from the truth. Only on controversial issues is this true.
 
You're freedom of speech is already being violated.
If uncle Sam doesn't like what you say, your silenced.
Even mods here edit threads, close them, and ban ppl for their freedom to speak.

So is yours here... but as a first generation Mexican American I have to ask why you hate my parents. They came here, worked hard and had me and my three sisters. We work hard and pay our taxes. My parents were deported but came back... rightfully so. They work hard. What is your problem?
