    Have you ever tried Kashi 7-grain pilaf?
    It's got oats, brown rice, rye, whole red winter wheat, triticale, barley, and buckwheat. And sesame seeds.

    No I haven't tried that, but it sounds great! I'll have to find some. This was my first time having quinoa. I generally keep my grains (carbs) to a minimum, so I don't eat rice and whatnot too often.
