Arby's - VENISON ????

I'm a little leery of a "fast food" venison sandwich.

If this was available in my area I think I'd wait a while and see how others think it tastes.

It's real REAL easy to over-cook venison and dry it out since it's usually extremely lean.

Good for Arby's for trying it though. Will be interesting to see if it works out.
