Do you like the whole roll battered,deep friend and then sliced or the roll sliced,battered and then deep fried?

Oh yeah, luckily where I work we have our own Sushi chef. I think i'll have some today.

My favorites being fatty tuna, salmon sashimi or if I'm really feeling fancy I'll get an Ocean Roll (Tuna, Salmon, Red Snapper, Avocado) w/ lump crabmeat on top.

That's racist!

I'm just kidding.

I was up very early this morning and decided to have sushi for breakfast. I went to the local grocery seafood market where there's an actual Asian sushi chef (I know... that's racist), and he made me some fresh sushi on the spot. Man, it hit the spot. I told him I didn't care what he made, so he fixed some California rolls and then laid some salmon and tuna sashimis over the tops.
