I actually prefer ground pork over any other kinds of meat.

I really like them made from dark meat chicken, too.

Chorizo or sausage tacos with egg and cheese for breakfast. Beef (ground or shredded), pork or chicken burritos (tacos wrapped in a large flour tortilla) for lunch or dinner.

Fish? Just No!

Fish sandwiches, yum. Tacos are for beef and chicken.

You've obviously never had a good fish taco. And none of this gringo style BS with flour or hard corn shells either. A real fish taco is ONLY made with soft corn tortillas.

Spicy fish is not on my menu. Had it once that was enough, sushi with wasabi. I'm not a fan of overly saucing or gooping up my food and hiding the flavor with seasoning.

I think just about any meat works well in tacos. My late mom's are still my favorite. I've never seen them made this way, anywhere. You take a white corn tortilla, press raw ground been onto half of the tortilla, garlic salt the meat. Place in a skillet with a little cooking oil, and as soon as the tortilla is soft enough to fold over, do so. Fry both sides until crispy. Make up a whole bunch, because you won't be able to stop eating them. Add your favorite taco fixin's, and chow the **** down.

When I was a teen-ager I had a girlfriend who would eat her tacos with mayo and pickles. Now THAT'S wrong.

Okay, I might go for that one. I'm always up for something new and different. Life gets too boring with unbroken routine. :)

They really are good. In fact, if you don't like a lot of condiments on your food, I bet they'd be good with just the fish and cabbage. I like mine with everything and a healthy squirt of lime.

I like tartar sauce on a fish sandwich and that's not far from what you described, so I'd try a fish taco. God knows Trump has probably never had a fish taco, with or without sauce.

Did I go too far?

Pulled pork that's spicy hot and then topped with coleslaw.
Soft shell taco.

Yeah baby Yeah!!!

If its the Mexican tacos then I like steak or brisket. If its the gringo tacos then I like ground beef.
