Mine today:

3 WASA crispbread topped with 3 pieces of pickled herring

3 WASA crispbread topped with LAUGHING COW Baby Swiss

1 lb Deans Non-Fat Cottage Cheese

LAVAZZA coffee Green Label, can't think of the name.

What's yours?

I'm a big fan of wasa crispbread and very regularly eat that as well. I may not do it every morning but my absolute favorite "breakfast of champions" is:

- Omelette with hummus, cheese, jalapenos, onion and turkey
- 1 piece of whole grain toast
- turkey bacon
- large cup(s) of local coffee brand

Good British girl, with the scone, well done!! Tea instead of coffee would have been perfection.

You must have a cast iron stomach. I'm nauseous just reading the listing.

Food makes me sleepy, always has, so breakfast is not my preferred meal although all the wise ones will tell you it's the most important. Coffee and the papers is my breakfast of champions.

Yep all 320 calories 48g protein, 24g carb, and 0g Fat of it! Little pepper and a spoon. ;)

I normally keep that for right before bed. Had it this morning because I ran out of eggs. Otherwise it would have been 1 whole egg 11 egg whites.

Getting older, need to keep that muscle mass up..

A few sips of water and its off to the treadmill for me.

Scones!!!!

I love me some scones.

I do actually, but it isn't that bad.... That feeling in your tummy is probably from that last one-too-many Blue's you had...:2razz:

I usually have a large cup or two of coffee and maybe a handful or two of peanuts or almonds.

I mean, I'm not a girl, nor am I British.

Ever try Skyr?

I'm not familiar with the Bulgarian variety of yogurt aside from it's known to give Greeks indigestion...;)

It's actually a cheese though it is often marketed/sold as a yogurt. It's Icelandic. High protein, low carb, fat. Good stuff.

dont be jelly but my breakfst was fantastic

why greeks ?

It loses something when you have to explain it....

It's an understood fact, around these parts at least that Greeks and Bulgarians don't get along too well. Kinda like Germans and Poles...

Old prejudices die hard.
