Sometimes I cook it using the daube method instead of the oven.
 
My grandma's cook was pretty good at making this dish. She didn't need duck fat and just made it with plain chicken.

Love it but wifey refuses to eat it, with no good reason, so I dont get to make it. When I go out, which is rare these days but even before, I almost always go for something more festive of original.

I have not had this dish in 9-10 years.

I need to fix this.
 
You know Ive never made it Ive always bought it pre-made.
I liek it but the kids arent that keen on it though so I doubt Ill actually bother trying to make it
