As long as its not contaminated and you consume it in moderate amounts your health will be just fine. Although you should prioritize the middle shelf. the bacon looking cuts on the bottom are probably heavily salted and contain more fats, the sausauges likewise, and mincing that creates sausage increases risks of food poisoning, however those muscle cuts on the middle shelf, knock yourself out.

Psychologically, or physiologically?

I see people dont know what moderate means

It makes no difference. It looks wonderfully tasty.

It does indeed. A life without sausages, ham and bacon is not worth living.

My Sicilian side just whispered "See, there really is a Heaven" in my ear.

My belt, on the other hand, isn't so convinced.

Salad, raw fruits, grains and veggies don't need the disclaimer "in moderation"

that's because they actually are good for you

Fatty meat is fine if you have the right diet. A lot of people have had success with paleo or ketogenic diets, myself included. High protein and high fat with very low carb and sugar. I've lost 25 pounds in under 3 months eating as much bacon, sausage, and steak as I want. https://authoritynutrition.com/ketogenic-diet-101/

deli meat ?
Everything in that picture looks fine to me. I've been eating kielbasa, salami, and bacon along with whatever else. Cutting bread and sugar is the only thing I've done.

deli meat is full of dangerous ingredients

Eating too much of anything is bad for you. Too much carbs in grains and sugar in fruit and you get fat/diabetic. Too much spinach could impair your ability to absorb calcium, too much carotenoids and your skin turns orange (happened to my son).

Has anyone had ground bologna salad in recent memory? This is ground bologna, ground onion, relish (my mom always used homemade bread and butter pickle relish), mayo and pepper. Like ham salad only with bologna.

Not too healthy I think, I never see it in the deli cases, have not in at least 20 years, maybe because it got seen to be too unhealthy?

Yeah? So you can't take in too much sugar? If you want to store tons of fat then go eat a **** ton of fruit everyday.
