Anyone who has seen my eating habits will tell you that to me...if it isn't burning...it isn't edible. So I have been looking for some good spicy dishes I can make for me and my girlfriend. A kicker: I would like it to be healthy. So does anyone have any dinner/lunch ideas that are healthy and spicy? Maybe even some stuff I can bag?

I also have some different hot sauces right now, colonel colon cleaner (mustard based), a JT seafood 3 pepper sauce, chipotle tabasco , regular to Tabasco, siracha, butt burner, and an iguana sauce.

I would also like a dish that can be toned down a little because while I can handle stuff that would kill a mere mortal, my girlfriend is not that crazy about the pain.
You said healthy so this is out of the question.And this would probably kill many mere mortals.

I am not sure how healthy these recipes are but they are easy to make and you can turn down or increase the pepper flakes.
