I mix Japanese sweet vinegar with sesame seed dressing for a great flavor. Any other combos or homemade recipes out there?

My favorite . Just add some olive or grape seed oil.

I bought several bottles of these when I was touring Italy and still have some left. Its essentially a balsamic condiment but it has no vinegar- its made from pure cooked grapes aged for years in open wood casks. It is very sweet and has no vinegary aftertaste like ordinary balsamic vinegar. Works great with extra virgin olive oil.
