Arby's | Triple Stack

A few years ago, when my husband first found out he was diabetic, we had a hard time finding decent food to eat on the go. We thought, "Well Arby's should be good. It's deli meat, and even though the processed part is bad, it still has to be better than a greasy cheeseburger!" So we went to Arby's and got one of the Market Fresh sandwiches. He got turkey with swiss on whole wheat. 1,100 calories!! It would have been less calories to eat a Big Mac!
 
IMO, Arby's is the worst fast food place after Taco Bell. It's the only place in the world where I've seen beef with something printed on it in ink.
 
Analyzing the latest Arby's television commercials I think Arbys it attempting to attract the gluten's versus their old idea that their sandwiches were healthier than Mc;s etc. "We have the meat". Their food is OK and there is one directly next door to a McDonald's by my house and Mcs is always packed and mostly the parking lot in from of Arbys is empty. Sad how many ignorants there are eating that crap and so many mothers dragging their kids in there to eat.

Many times it comes down to price. You can still get a meal on the cheap at McDs. Arbys is expensive. Overly expensive for what you get, IMO.
