Mixed a half can of creamed corn with half a can of cut green beans and half can of diced Mexican style tomatoes, added salt, pepper and butter and simmered uncovered to reduce the liquid to my liking. A very quick and lazy way to make a very tasty side dish. I think I'll add some sliced smoked sausage and convert it to a main dish next time.
 
Prepare one box of macaroni and cheese... add 1 can ea drained tuna and sweet peas... instant bachelors tuna casserole!
