What veggies did you hate as a kid and now like as an adult?

if it was not potatoes, corn, or pinto beans, i would not eat it

ditto for nuts/peanut butter
popcorn
cornbread
poultry
fish
cottage cheese/sour cream
butter (had to be margarine)
rice

today i will eat almost anything except okra and fish (<- sets gipper up for an easy comeback)
