Still got leftover food from the Christmas pantry so went into it:

Salami, cheese, wheat crackers, herbal cheese spread, olives, sliced tomatoes, and a banana followed by almond turrones.

Belgian Waffle, 2 eggs over hard, hashbrowns.

Right after our Christmas dinner, I saved a hunk of prime rib and all the bones off of a two standing rib roasts and put them in the freezer. I used the bones to make a stock for vegetable soup.
After the stock was made I added V8 juice, potatoes, carrots, onions celery, peas, corn, green beans and shredded cabbage. The last to go in was the prime rib chopped up I had froze. It rocked! And the good news is there are three more containers in the freezer for days I do not want to cook.

He's worth it!

Bro is going to bring over a couple of books tomorrow on detoxing the body of impurities and a cookbook on how to achieve it. He swears by it. It is a ten day ordeal. Not sure what we will be eating for the following days but it sounds interesting.
