Today, chest, shoulders, back, arms; alternate with the above 6 days per week. Intersperse the tennis, biking, or elliptical.

One is a childish fantasy that often engenders a lifelong obsession with its unbelievable heroes, leading to an emotionally stunted, socially crippled adulthood, unable to deal with the real world. The other, of course, involves orcs.... John Rogers

This new rhetoric to tone down the rhetoric is simply empty rhetoric.

Like I always do, walk about 7-8km up a mountain. Great CV and lower body. My arms are weak as twigs.

I actually don't know what you're talking about, but it sounds very painful!

    You're very courageous, I could never do that. I can't do a single push-up!

Re: What did you do for a workout today?

Went into the woods and found a partially felled Maple tree. I completed getting it all the way down. I cut it up into large 6 foot sections. and carried them out of the woods sometime one at a time sometime two at a time. Brought the sections to where I will finish bucking them then splitting with my maul and axe. Nice workout. I get a full body workout and a great deal of fresh air. It was 8F (-13).
