Oh, I agree on that 100%. I tried to avoid it anyway, but it get hard say when you travel. also you have to think ahead about things so you don't get stuck with something that will make you feel like crap. It's the two weeks of feeling like you have a hangover or feeling like you have a hole in your belly situation.

Nope, no oats. Many grains are related to wheat.

i usually eat pork chops, chicken or a really low fat beef. Helps with the protein intake. If I don't have that, I really like lentils.

Re: What did you have for dinner?

Just put the macaroni and potato salads in the fridge. I gotta say my mac salad is looking extremely fine.

macaroni
mayo
crab
shrimp
bacon
peas
celery
red onion
eggs
pickles
cubed cheddar
Few shakes of parmesan
Generous shakes of Salad Elegance

Still have to cut up the watermelon, cantalope, pineapple and mangos. Got a spiral ham defrosting, steaks, hot dogs and hamburgers.

I am almost ready for the weekend!!!!

YUM!!
