    Hi livie1204,
    I have lost 35 lbs with regular workout and having diet meals in 5 months.
    For me weight loss=diet meals + exercise + motivation.

    I honestly I eat often small meals. I eat a lot of lean meat. I work out to build muscle mass and I do cardio. Honestly doing those things are a really good way to lose weight. I have to workout...I can't just cut calories....

    I also use a fitness pal app on my phone. It's a good weight to track your progression and how many calories you're consuming.

    My weight lose techniques are
    Avoid all fat foods and fast foods.
    Take low card diet
    Eat raw vegetables and fresh fruits
    Drink plenty of water in a day
    Make regular exercise plan.

    A low-carb diet works. One of its greatest benefits is that whatever chemical reaction takes place in one's body when it goes into ketosis curbs one's appetite. Plus, we all know carbs are the weight-puttler-onners:

    Beans
    Potatoes
    Pasta
    Bakery
    Sweets

    I gained 15lbs over the holidays as I always do. I did the extreme Atkins thing for 6 weeks and am ready for summer. I may look into doing underwear commercials for Fruit of the Loom , LMAO.

    I went from 360 to 179. Got rid of all processed sugar, limited natrual sugar (a dozen grapes instead of two lbs of grapes at a sitting), ate less, and ran a lot (at one point 10-15 miles a day. Presently I limit myself to 6-7 miles a day).

    Worked for me.
