Is there a way to adjust the settings so that Basement Threads don't show up with you click on "new posts?"

Thanks

You could put masking tape over those threads....

Oops, that only works until you scroll your mouse. Never mind.

Re: Basement

What you could do is double click the little clipboard thingy to the left of the Besement forum markign all of those posts as "read" just prior to clicking "new Posts". That way, the software won't see these posts as "new" ones for your.

Just a thought.

Activate the RSS feed. That's how I find new posts and the basement is excluded from the feed.
