I Reverend Hellhound am going to "Cease fire" unconditionally for one week on all accusations of selectiveness, and divisiveness.

I call for you to do the same. Nothing we say will convince the others of who is right and who is wrong.


In the name of reconciliation and for the sake of betterment of the forum lets see what can become of a truce.


While we are on this truce, lets see if we can do our best to make this place better by applying to ourselves considerations for our own actions .


Nothing good comes from fighting here. We should be the examples of what we want this place to be.


This truce starts now. I hope you all will join me.

I am never one to back out of an argument when my integrity is questioned, which is what you've done. There are several points in your response to me in the other thread that need addressing. Also, as being, perhaps, the only person on this board more stubborn than you, it is against my principles to allow someone else, to get the last word when they are wrong about my integrity.

However, your "truce" is a good idea and, upon how I am reading it, completely acceptable. It is not dissimilar to the one that I offered you a couple of weeks, ago in PM, though yours is somewhat more concise and better phrased.

I do, have one addendum to the truce, if this is acceptable. I suggest that this "cease fire" encompass the entire forum, including the Basement.

We certainly agree that forum improvement is a goal for each of us in our endeavors.

I would, also, like to encourage, the forum, as a whole, to continue to post appropriate feedback and suggestions on both my and the Reverend's threads.
