Per the rules, only large pictures are a violation. It is up to mod descrition, so its mostly if a mod deems one too large since there doesn't seem to be a hard numerical size Vauge decided would fit the bill.
If you think someones sig violates the rules report a single post of theirs, pointing out that its the signature as the reason for the report. This would at least bring it to the Mods attention in case they've missed it or it may need a 2nd look due to size.

SOme users have em, that is fine.
I tried to put a small one in and it does not work for me.
Furthermore, I tried to use the one he was using and it still did not work for me. | |
