Folders can be created under "USER CP", CONTROL PANEL, SUBSCRIBED THREADS, EDIT FOLDERS, ADD NEW FOLDER,

The Folder name can be anything you desire, or follow DP category naming format.

If you find a thread you would like to follow, then click at the top of the thread, THREAD TOOLS, SUBSCRIBE TO THIS THREAD, click the DOWN ARROW to the list of your FOLDERS, then all the folders you have created in your User CP will show as choices.

Choose, Click and highlight, the folder you want to put the thread to be listed under, click the box below, ADD SUBSCRIPTION, and the thread you are subscribing to, will be entered into that folder.

If you want to move a subscription, from one folder to another, then you probably have to go to that thread, unsubscribe from that thread, then add that thread, as a new subscription, as above.
