This is beyond sickening. Whilst old folk freeze, schools suffer and criminals see a reduced chance of being jailed thanks to Labour and then Ken Clarke, it's even more repugnant to have British money sent to 'poor' nations teeming with Islamic extremism - or who have nuclear, space and aid programmes of their own!
