It's bleeding cross-purposes all the sodding time!

Look what happened to Myleene Klass: Myleene Klass warned after brandishing knife to deter intruders | UK news | guardian.co.uk

Nitpickers have claimed that technically no police warnings were given, but you can be ticked off by an obnoxious jobsworth without it being official. Leftist bloggers have partically claimed or intimated that Klass is a liar for going against the liberal 'consensus', when in fact she's just feeling helpless and frsutrated in her plight.

I remember the then new Home Secretary Jacqui Smith on Radio 4, taking phone calls from listeners. She basically said that the streets of Britain are never no-go areas as long as decent ordinary normal people ignore the intimidating yobs and thugs. Just walk right on by with your head held high! Let them know you're not scared! I was insulted by her arrogance and she wasn't the only one at it.

Some policemen say you should tackle yobs ( 'Public should tackle yobs', says police chief | Mail Online ), but it's not impossible to get arrested for that same thing (Allotment holder arrested after trying to tackle yobs - Telegraph ).

I long ago decided that, being that kind of person, if pushed over the line by one of these vermin, I would just go nuts through adrenalin and angst and to hang with the consequences - consequences which would probably be inevitable anyway in certain circumstances. I nearly had to before (on my own doorstep no less) and it takes a lot to push me over.

As with a greater number of frustrated people, usually intimidated as to feel a siege mentality in their own homes, I'd much rather be unjustly punished by a system which normally doesn't care than get my head caved in by knuckledraggers or the drug-crazed.

LABOUR AND THE LIBERALS - Once again having things turn out the opposite as apparently intended!

And that's another thing, as I'm venting...

Why is it that our politically correct masters make such a song and dance about confronting BNP yobs and thugs, harassing them, exposing them, driving them off the streets?

What seperates the small minority of at least alleged BNP street thugs and the hordes of real ones which are left compartively untouched?

Why no howling oppribrium levelled against them too, rather than enraging sympathy, empathy and state 'rehab' workshops dressed up as impartiality?

Good questions!

Don't expect sensible answers. ;)
