JOHNATHAN LEFTWINGER, MP puts himself out to reply personally:

This is mutiny Mr. Mikeey. Everybody knows that the SNP are angry, divisive and out of touch dogmatics who only get popular by latching onto current popular mood, whilst we in New Labour.... er, yes.

We in Labour gave the Scots their own Assembly you know, just to show them that they're equal to we in the political Elite, living in Camden and Islington. Wouldn't go up there, no need to actually talk to them and catch their germs, but you've got to let them feel important, and worth something, otherwise they go mad. You know what they're like.

Labour set the bar you know. We gave them Devolution but there's no need to go stupid. Not under Labour. We like the Scots. We like the biscuits, we don't charge them as much for prescriptions as other people in the UK, I watched every episode of Taggart and we've not bothered to solve the West Lothian question. Other than being patronised by Red 'berks' with an out-of-touch trendy ex-rector at our head, what more do they want?

VOTE LABOUR! And I hope that's satisfied your every doubt; and if it hasn't then that just proves once again why it's just not worth listening to the likes of you. You're just so unreasonable!

And it's not as if Labour hasn't left its indelible mark...
