Well, pals, to all seeming our President, V. Yuschenko, doesn’t wish to bear with lack of control over energy transit. And that is why he has decided to uncork a new surprise for our premier, (well-known as Gas Princess) Y. Tymoshenko.
President’s secretariat has recently declared a project on creating in Ukraine so-called Dispatcher Center with the aim of monitoring the quantity and quality of Russian gas, delivered to Europe through our territory.
But it is curious that on the part of Europe the work of this Center will be controlled by Poland, which is surely interested in it, because it will take the liberty for Poles to crib all incidents of shortfall of gas delivery, passed through their own territory, to the account of Ukraine!
So it’s glad for me to hear the comments of some representatives from Y. Tymoshenko’s Block, where they said about intentions of blocking this Yuschenko’s initiative, because it would really conflict with our national interests!
