Quite frankly, I'd vote for Obama just so that all people can see how much of a failure he will make them; meanwhile I'll be in lithuania laughing at them.
All forms of socialism and communism are failures. |

All forms of socialism and communism are failures. | What relationship does Obama have whatsoever to either socialism or communism? |

Liberal does not equate to socialist. Border control has nothing to do with socialism whatsoever - contrarily if indeed according to your rhetoric Obama wishes to destroy our borders that would be the exact opposite of what socialist countries have done - less credit to your argument.
National healthcare would be socialsim? So then Canada is a socialist country? GB?? Germany??
I don't see Obama preeching Marxism - so please spare me the regurgitated partisan sound bites. |

That makes, for the time being, CAnada, Germany, GB, all socialist countries. That doesn't make them 100% socialist, but they have some socialist policies nonetheless. |

(yea, NHS is socialism. Its scaming johnny out of his money to give health-care to Jeremy. That makes, for the time being, CAnada, Germany, GB, all socialist countries. That doesn't make them 100% socialist, but they have some socialist policies nonetheless.)
Under your concept of Socialism, EVERY Country in the World that has some form of Taxation is by definition partly Socialist, this includes the USA.
Let me explain.
A Nation Taxes it's income earning populace, with that money it Gives some to Farmers, Oil Industry, Scientific institutes etc etc.
I daresay I have left out hundreds of groups that the US Government gives money to.
However my point is that they take the money from johnny to give to Farmer
Jeremy.
Shucks they even give Farmer Jeremy money to NOT use his land to produce food or any agricultural product, in effect to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Seems kind of crazy to me, but then I guess just being a johnny and not a Jeremy, someone somewhere can make sense of all of it.
Now, do I have my understanding under your terms as to what a Socialist Government is?

Let me inform all those who would castigate Obama, for what he has reputedly studied, Marxism, undoubtedly he has also studied Capitalism.
Studying either of these does NOT make him either a Marxist nor a Capitalist.
Simply it does equip him with knowledge to enable him to understand what system he considers best to get himself elected. |

Link BBC NEWS | Europe | Lithuanian ban on Soviet symbols | Lets kick these Lithuanians into the sea. This way we will have a country which can be settled by Jewish people. Wilna is a historical center of Jewish people, so it makes sense. The Latvians are friendly and rather relaxed and the Poles will get used to it. |
