----------one could be in stitches:roll:

The satirical show fired back at Ankara on Tuesday, publishing a framed picture of Erdogan on its Twitter feed and declaring him its "Employee of the Month".
..................what's more, merciful souls have apparently edited the vid by subtitling it in both Turkish and English and it appears to do really well in Turkey.:lamo

Turkey finding acceptance in EU?

Give over, mate.

It was a funny video....and very enlightening. I'd never really seen Erdogan before...so this is my first impression of him. ooops.

With a leader like that...Turkey might be ready to join EU...but he isn't. On the other hand, the US might elect Trump..so who are we to judge?

Better let the Germans pass judgment. They are real pros at that.

If the video is any indication, I think they already did.

That's what one would expect.

From what I hear, public response ranged from sheer indignation (with not so many) to general merriment.

Nevertheless the more indignant (primarily but not solely on the left which hates both Erdogan and the recent government kow-tow to him on the refugee issue) have been clamoring that the gubmint show a strong response.

Well it didn't, at least not with the strength that some demanded.

Thus being landed with immediate accusations ranging from unwarranted leniency to despicable butt-kissing.

Really fun to watch how political partisanship can turn some into utter fools, whatever side of the spectrum they're on.
