"Their DNA"? Well well.. I am not defending them one bit, but accusing the Dutch wholesale of this attitude is a bit rich. I have seen similar reports from the US, UK, Australia and many other places. Racism, sexism and so on. It is in all our DNA...Remember the Chealski fans in Paris?

I also recognize the cloths of those women... they are most likely gypsies. They are also most likely in the same family and were looking for marks to mug or steal from. I have similar women so called begging all around here on the Costa and it is hilarious when you watch them for a few hours... suddenly their master, most likely a husband or father comes along in a car to collect todays earnings.. I have zero respect for these gypsies. They are criminals pure and simple and cause so many problems. I do give money to beggars but I always avoid women like that....
 
If I give to beggars, it's through established charities. I know many of these are corrupt at the top but they're not the beggar gangs. And from experience, if you give to one on the street, another from the gang is angry if you don't give to them, also. Then I remembered.

Europe is screwed.They let in to many muslims,Islams, what ever you want to call them. WE SAVE THE USA AND THE AUS now. Don't let anymore of these nut jobs into either country.

No, I dont believe that criminal tendencies are in ones DNA. I believe it comes down to upbringing.

Gypsies have been part of Spain for centuries, but crime has followed where ever they have been (much like other parts of Europe). In the late 1980s and 1990s the Spanish government actively went in to change that and had quite some success. They offered gypsy families appartements/homes, made sure the kids went to school and later on higher education and so on. It worked. In Malaga we have several gypsy lawyers, highly educated politicians and so on. The in your face gypsy population you use to see all over in the early 1980s is gone... only thing that even reminds you of those times are the gypsy street begars.

But of course there were some families who resisted the change and they are the ones we see today as beggars. Near here we have a gypsy camp, and it is here these type of women come from. The police and social services are at the camp every week for one reason or another, usually crime.

My point is, what the PSV fans did is idiotic but the question is what the gypsy women did to get that treatment. Another point is of course that it happens all over.. Paris and the Chealski fans, most Trump rallies, Hungary.. remember the journalist that tripped the migrant? In Denmark there was a guy on a bridge spitting on migrants walking underneath it. The list of such acts goes on and on
