"Six people, including three brothers and their uncle, have been convicted of the "systematic" sexual abuse of teenage girls in Rotherham.
Brothers Arshid and Basharat Hussain were found guilty of multiple rapes and indecent assaults in the South Yorkshire town" [...]

"Their uncle, Qurban Ali, 53, was found guilty of conspiracy to rape [...]

"They were mocked and spat at, some of the violence was extreme and protracted"

"He used them for his own gratification then often prostituted them or passed them on to his brothers or associates"

"The jury heard the Hussain brothers had held a grip over the town and had connections with police officers and some local politicians."

Rotherham abuse trial: Six guilty of sex offences - BBC News

Brothers, uncles, friends and associates. Torturing their victims, authorities well aware and yet nothing was done. WHAT an absolute sh.. ho.. of a place this must be.

Sounds gruesome...

update: Chanel 4 news says, a further 150 investigations going on, over 300 suspects, and 54 Police officers named. Gruesome? You bet, but not at all surprising with these close nit communities. One victim suggests, one of the main culprits was a celebrity figure within the Asian community, and had the nickname of 'Mad Ash' for being particularly gruesome and sadistic.

Cue the "but, but, but the Christians!......"

For me, it's the frustration of asking for evidence that shows 'other' gangs acting in the very same way. That is brothers, uncles, cousins, and very close friends involved in the systematic abuse of young girls. Surprisingly, (NOT) a single shred of evidence is produced! Then, the standard logic (illogical) answer is to claim no differences between these 'multiple gangs' of Muslim and Asian men, are no different to sad and sadistic paedophiles working alone :doh

There are many different countries in the world where this sort of stuff [and worse] happens on a daily basis...where governments generally turn a blind eye. Yet, many on the Left are regular apologists for these folks.

Somebody want to explain this?

"Three brothers who groomed, raped and sexually assaulted 15 teenage girls in Rotherham have been jailed.

Arshid Hussain, 40, was jailed for 35 years while siblings Basharat, 39, and Bannaras, 36, were jailed for 25 and 19 years respectively.

Their uncle, Qurban Ali, 53, who was found guilty of conspiracy to rape, was jailed for 10 years.

Associate Karen MacGregor, 59, was jailed for 13 years and Shelley Davies, 40, given an 18 month suspended term."

The judge has handed out the sentences today for these predatory monsters. The more details that come out about this case, the more shocking it becomes. With 300 more mainly Pakistani men under investigation, much more of these stories to follow.

Following his conviction it emerged Arshid Hussain had been planning fertility treatment with his wife, despite jurors hearing he had fathered children with girls he abused and forced some girls to have terminations.
The details came out as part of an unsuccessful application by his legal team asking the judge to rule he was unfit to stand trial because of his disability.
He was shot in the abdomen in 2005 and his defence counsel claimed he was paraplegic and confined to bed.

I wonder how long he will survive in prison if he really can't move after being shot. Paedophiles don't do so well in prison and immobile ones in particular.

Yea. He got around to rape young children, but once caught turned into a house bound cripple!

Bit more welcome news.

The ringleaders of the Rotherham sex abuse scandal could lose their UK citizenship and be deported at the end of their prison sentences.

Theresa May, the Home Secretary, is to broaden use of anti-terrorism powers following the conviction of Asian sex abuse gangs.

The legal powers, already being used against four ringleaders of another sex abuse scandal in Rochdale, can be used against criminals with dual nationality.

Home Office sources could not confirm that the action will be taken, but admitted it is being looked at.

A Home Office spokesman told Sky News: "Citizenship is a privilege not a right.

No complaint from me.

wow, thats crazy talk

Not so crazy if you think it in context. A context based on wrestling a narrative from failed multiculturalism, and what it means to be a British citizen. It most definitely does not mean being comfortable with 1000s of British citizens fleeing UK oppression (cough) for the utopian Daesh paradise. Or to continually allow these Muslim enclaves practice their backward tradition unmolested.

i dont know what all this ^^ means but my comment was sarc. i do believe Citizenship is a privilege.

'A Home Office spokesman told Sky News: "Citizenship is a privilege not a right'

Really? That statement (in isolation) rang not a single alarm bell for you at all?

I'm aware it doesn't apply to people who have single nationality and I've been aware of the phrase since I was 20 so no, not really.

And why would anyone look at it in isolation? Context is everything.

Privileges have to be earned. Rights do not. Citizenship - at least for the native born - is a right, not a privilege.
