Paris attacks: Plot leader 'had UK links' - reports

"The ringleader of last month's Paris terror attacks, which killed 130 people, is believed to have connections with the UK, it has been reported" [...]

"one of the men involved in the Paris attacks visited the UK earlier this year. The un-named man, the paper says, met people in London and Birmingham "suspected of having the intention and capability of plotting or assisting terrorist activity against the UK".
BBC security correspondent Frank Gardner said Abaaoud was known to have trained as a fighter with the so-called Islamic State and had "criss-crossed between Syria and Europe and back again".

All the more reason to make these terrorists 'stateless'. Again, once they set off on their jihad, it is inevitable they'll return radicalized.

If it had been in the US this would have been printed a week earlier:

Not surprising but a bit suspect. The UK has plenty of Muslims that are all about peace, coexistence, and not a problem for anyone. But, it would be foolish to rule out the few that clearly call for real changes in the UK to match their beliefs over others.

Were you just itching to post that in the next thread you could make a dubious link to?

I'm in favour of letting them go, hand passports over and have safe passage there. Once there, our gloves should be off and drone targeting should be the game of the day.

Nope. Then I would have done a Breaking News.
