Last month Moscow launched a bombing campaign against the twisted State terror group, which controls vast swathes of Syria and has forced thousands of people to flee the country.~
But Russia's bid to wipe out ISIS has been so successful that almost a million Syrians are elected to return to their homeland, Russian politician Dmitry Sablin claimed. Link.

This may put another huge dent in the claims of a 2 million strong muslim invasion force heading to take over Europe's 742 million population.

That's pretty lame to buy into Russian propoganda.

I don't believe it. Most of their bombing has been in the West of Syria, against anti-Assad forces, whereas ISIS are almost entirely in the East, often fighting those same anti-Assad forces. Ten per cent of their bombs clear out a well entrenched occupying force? Didn't happen.

Give it a bit before you buy this hook, line and sinker. It goes hand in hand with Russia proclaiming success in Syria. This could easily be their version of "Mission Accomplished".

Why don't we just sit back and watch.

They certainly spin a fine yarn.

Of course we need to wait and see what happens on the ground; the source isn't RT at all and there are few if any other sources demonstrating evidence for this story.

As for where the Russian jets are hitting, US complaints that Russia was bombing everything on the ground including western backed rebels could just show that the Russians are clearing anything and everything. I expect heavier Russian action in retaliation after the destruction of a Russian aircraft on the weekend.

The Russians don't have to play to a similar questioning audience about heavy handed tactics and could simply wipe all opposition out in Syria.

LOL. I believe the Russians were invited into the country and the Americans aren't.

Well, that makes it OK then. They can do whatever they want because the butcher Assad asked them in.

The senator, who recently visited Syria, said: "[Syrian president Bashar al] Assad praised the actions of the Russian Aerospace Forces in Syria.

"He said thousands of terrorists are now fleeing Syria, and refugees are returning."

Russian politician Dmitry Sablin said Assad told him so, so it must be true.
