Apparently you haven't been reading enough leftist anti-American propaganda. If you had, you would know that American whites were the villains of the piece, just as they are now. You would also know how peaceful and wise the Indians here were, before the Fall. They respected the environment and were filled with good will toward all their fellow men. They regularly wore beatific smiles and flowers in their hair, and their children frolicked in Arcadian bliss in meadows overarched by rainbows. These beautiful and noble innocents lived in a paradise--until the terrible day the white devils came, plundering and butchering. Just think what a wonderful country this might have been, if the whites had stayed and left the Indians free to go on living as they had.

Not sure who the "you guys" are that you are referring to here but that's beside the point. Saying that there are people out there (not all obviously) that will always hate all Muslims irrespective of how many speak out as discussed in the actual OP, isn't broad brushing. It's reality.

Reality is there is a substantial number of Muslims ready to do anything they can to kill us. Just brushing the killers and their support systems.

Not quite sure what a crying towel is. If by that you mean I don't judge Muslims, Jews, Christians, Atheists, Pagans, Rastafarians or any given group by the actions of a few nut jobs, then yes, I hold out the crying towel for everybody.

I have studied U.S. history pretty thoroughly. And I do not accept your assertions about it as "the truth."

"Any given group?" "Everybody?" Really? Then you must also have the crying towel out for serial murderers, child molesters, Nazis--and the former practitioners of Thuggee. As someone with the knowledge of history you purport to have surely knows, that was a religion with many thousands of adherents, devoted to the goddess Kali. I certainly hope you don't judge the Thugs negatively just because their primary ritual was sacrificing people to her.

I take individuals as individuals. I would be unlikely to have any sympathy for a serial murderer or a child molester, but I would listen to the facts first. Thugs? I would consider all the social circumstances, yes, while never condoning thuggish behaviour. Really not the same as judging all muslims or all christians, as you well know.

As far as I've heard there's no evidence whatsoever that human sacrifice existed among the Native American tribes outside of Central and South America.
