she probably would have missed her vacation flight if she stayed the whole day, what with the airlines cutting back on flights, long lines for security etc...
this in no way was a political stunt
nor was it that she couldn't wait for her vacation to begin at the end of the day, like every other American

You are one single person, in one single career path, in one single section of that career. Your narrow vision of the tree has nothing to do with the burning forest fire a half mile away from you.

This is mythically short sighted. What you said is equivalent to saying hey five guys actually made MORE money during the great depression, so that means there was no depression man, (yeah right on --- take another puff, man,). Yeah man ... three guys actually made money in 1932 so that means that millions weren't homeless, (WWeeeeeeee) that's logically brilliant. Hey that means MAN (stoner man voice) that some guy made a million dollars in 1934 SO NOBODY STARVED AT ALL. That's brilliant, can you believe it.

I made money...... so everybody does ...... boy o boy look at my logical brilliance.

You faulty assumption is that I think I'm special. Or that I am, when it comes to careers. I'm not one of 5 people in this country prospering. But I thank you for the compliment as to how important and special you feel I must be.

Fact is, if my field is booming, then other fields HAVE to be by default. Otherwise, mine wouldn't be. Everything is tied together dear.

Oh, and I don't have a college degree.
